Portfolio & mentoring
The work of my PHD thesis was on the learning and assessment of reflective skills using portfolios as an instrument. I developed a theoretical model for portfolio use. The model was described for the first time in an article in Medical Education in 2005. The same year I published in the same journal an article in which we draw a new qualitative perspective on non standardised assessment.
