Workplace based learning and assessment
Over the years my research developed from learning and assessment of reflective skills into learning and assessment in the workplace. The focus in my research is broad and publications deal with topics like Entrustable professional activities (EPA), competences, assessment programs, quality of assessment, feedback. I publish both theoretical and empirical studies on these topics in various journals.
